Describe the issue using sanitised filenames or a small synthetic register. Please do not email confidential registers or delivery packages.

Check the worksheet, header row, unique column headers and mapped fields. Malformed CSV quoting or rows without usable matching data may be reported as unusable.
Matching modes
Exact Filename compares mapped filenames. Document Number in Filename locates complete document-number tokens and does not validate revisions.
Saved mappings
Mappings are stored locally at %LOCALAPPDATA%\DeliverablePreflight\saved-mappings.json. Remove a mapping from within the application.
Folder access
The app scans only folders you choose and follows Windows permissions. Protected, inaccessible, reparse or very long paths may be skipped or reported. Make OneDrive placeholders available locally before scanning.
Your source files
Deliverable Preflight never moves, renames, modifies or deletes delivery files. Reports are written only to the export location you select.
